Before putting the house up I of course researched and narrowed to a few choices for an agent. The more I found and read of the very many wonderful reviews about JoAnn, I realized this was someone to contact to have a talk. Lady, you are hired! The rest became exactly what I hoped for. The many reviews referred to JoAnn's exceptional attention to detail (my kinda person!). So very many attributes that you want, need, and hope for in an agent who quite honestly is supporting you with quite the decision in your life (lives). Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explains well, very available and responsive, and is very driven. Suggestions at times, no pushiness. She is in it for you. All bases feel covered. Although I had smooth sailing (well, this is all due to Miss JoAnn at the forefront of it all with her many mad skills that made it seem seamless for me!), I feel had there been any challenges for me, she would be right on top of it. "JoAnn should be the standard against which all other realtors are measured. Period. And if you measure other realtors against her as the standard, they will inevitably come up short. What initially drew us to JoAnn was her reputation and her decades of experience. But what we learned about her during the process of selling our home is far more impressive.
